How do I get the a Texas boat titled in my name? - texas boat bill of sale

I have a boat ... Untitled. The original owner no longer has the title of the boat or motor. (I check with TPWD has).

I wrote a document to confirm the information on boat and motor ... etc. .. and have it signed by me the owner and a witness that he sold his boat.

... Well, what I am looking lost? Do I have to sign something else to do?

If I TPWD is an instrument in order to examine my own ship?
