I have an sb audigy and 5.1 speakers but im not getting 5.1 after driver update only on dvd's? - sb audigy drivers

I'd give my tv on my computer via the allyl more juice. But yesterday, with an updated driver that I use for my 5.1 speakers always seem to unless your audio while watching a DVD, which seem to be confused in knowing why happened
