How do I hook up my HD satellite receiver, HDMI equipped dvd player, and my LCD tv with an HDMI cable? - what is a good receiver that has hdmi switching

I have a 37 "Westinghouse TV, Phillips DVD player and Dish Network VIP612 HD DVR. At the moment I have a TV and a satellite receiver connected with HDMI cables. Is it possible that each connected via HDMI? Notice account , an HDMI receiver in each unit.
